It's been an exciting week!

Last Thursday morning, I was able to be apart of something so special. My very good friend, Jess, gave birth to her beautiful daughter, Emery. Happy one week, Emery- you are perfect in every way!

 

 

 Then, this past Monday, I was able to take part in an actual engagement session.  I was there for the proposal!  Congratulations, Jonathan and Morgann!

Icenogles | Connersville Area Family Photographer

I have a lot of sessions to catch up on, but I wanted to make sure I got this one up right away.  The Icenogles will be leaving soon for Ghana and I did a quick family session with them this morning.  They are a wonderful family and we love them dearly.  My four year old is going to be pretty disappointed that her friend, Indie, won't be around to play.  She is becoming quite attached to them and is currently sitting on our living room floor, playing princesses with Indie and Montana, while I blog this session.  Click on the portfolio for the rest of the session!

This time one year ago, I honestly had no idea that we would be welcoming our sweet little Penelope into the world. Labor and delivery with her was so quick and she hasn't slowed down since. Kailey's first hair cut...age four

Today, Kailey not only turned four, but she got her first hair cut! She's had a trim before, about 1/4" off one side just to even things up, but this was her first official hair cut. Here is the before: (to see the rest, click on the portfolio link!)
